1. The Guest hereby authorises the Owners to retain a copy of the Guest’s credit card number until the Owners are satisfied that the Property has been left in a satisfactory state, after the Guest’s stay has concluded. If the Property has not been left in a satisfactory state, the Owners may enter a debit on the credit card to cover any costs of damages etc.
2. A 25% deposit is required to on booking to secure the reservation. This may be paid by credit card, direct deposit, cheque or money order. Payment must accompany the booking forms.
3. Payment must be finalised prior to the end of stay. Payment may be made during the stay using credit card, cash, money order or bank cheque. A direct bank deposit may be made prior to arrival, but must be done in time for monies to have cleared into the owners account prior to the stay.
4. Check in is after 2pm and check out must be by 10am on the day of departure. A later check out time can sometimes be arranged if required.
5. The property may only be used for holiday residential accommodation and not for any other purpose, such as social functions. Failure to comply entitles the Owners to immediately terminate the occupancy without refund of any monies paid.
6. Strictly no more than 6 persons may reside in the cottage at any one time
7. The Owners reserve the right to terminate the occupancy at any time
8. To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the Owners shall not be liable for any injury or death to the Guest, the Occupants, or any other person on or in the vicinity of the Property nor for any damage to or loss or destruction of any property of the Guest, the Occupants or any other person on or in the vicinity of the Property and also to the fullest extent permitted by Law, the Guest agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Owners against any claim or other consequences
9. Notification of any breakages, loss, damages or maintenance requirements must be reported to the Owners immediately.
10. The Guest indemnifies the Owners against all legal proceedings, costs and expenses for which the Owners may become legally responsible whether during or after the term of the Occupancy arising from or in any way associated with the Guests use of the property.
11. All bed linen and towels are provided. Should you require any clean linen or fresh towels during your stay please notify the owners.
12. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
13. Pets are to remain in the enclosed yard or laundry area ONLY.
